Tysoe Manor is surrounded 11 acres of private parkland and is approached by a fine drive that winds up to the house.

The house is surrounded by lovely gardens and parkland. The heated swimming pool is open between May and September. It is enclosed by hedges on three sides and the pool house and terrace to the North. The pool house has a kitchenette and shower room/wc. The terrace lined with loungers seats up to 22 for outdoor dining and is perfect for long barbecues and lunches in the sun.

Beyond the terrace, a pretty stream winds down to a lovely pond, adding further character to the grounds.

There are several other areas to eat and relax outside, such as the South Terrace, the East Terrace and the West Terrace, each suited to a different time of day.

There is a hard tennis court, a table-tennis table, a football area with full-sized goals and space for garden games of all kinds, such as croquet, boules or cricket. The mature gardens beyond invite quieter exploration and the walks leading directly from the Manor make it easy to wander further into the surrounding countryside.
